We ship our wallets/pouches/bags/notebooks/panels etc. from our facilities located in Salem MA to: USA only (sorry rest of the world :))
We ship within 2 business days with USPS Priority Mail/USPS First Class Mail. Packages sent with USPS Priority Mail or First Class usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days from day of shipping. Tracking number will be provided for both Priority Mail and First Class.

JEWELRY - jewelries only are shipped worldwide from our partner facilities located both in the USA and in Europe. Jewelries ship within 2 business days. FREE SHIPPING offered worldwide. Arrives within 5-20 days.

You can return it to us, no questions asked!
You can returned unused items with their original tag still attached within 30 days from purchase. If you return an unused, still-with-tag item to us you are eligible for:
- a full refund of the cost of your item

You will receive from us a printable, prepaid USPS Priority Mail label to mail your item back to us. The refund will be issued when your USPS label is scanned by USPS, and takes up to 10 business days to be credited back. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method.
- What happens if my item is defective?
We strive to provide you with items that are of best quality an craftsmanship. But we are humans, and as humans we make mistakes sometimes! :) If you believe your item is defective, please contact us WITHIN 15 DAYS from the day your package arrived to your destination at:
Please send us a description of the problem, possibly along with a picture/video depicting the issue. If you received a defective item, you are eligible for:
- a full refund of the cost of your item + shipping (up to 10 days to be credited back/ refund to original payment method only)
or (your choice)
- a replacement (to be sent to same address of original purchase only)
- What happens if the package was damaged/ is late/ was stolen?

- Is COVID-19 affecting shipping times?
Yes. It sucks, but it's true. We noticed that some of our packages are taking a bit longer (few days more) to arrive to destination, especially when your address is very far from the East Coast. We ask you to be patient, if possible, if your package is few days late because of COVID-19. But you should not hesitate to write us - firstname.lastname@example.org - to let us know, and we will keep even a closer eye on your shipment and check its status constantly. If it's 7 days late or more, we will definitely take action.
- Do you offer GIFT options?
Of course! If you are buying a gift for a loved one (or for your arch-enemy, whatever floats your boat) to be mailed directly to them, we can mail your gift without a commercial invoice, and including a greeting card with your message. At the moment the process is not automated - we are working on it! - but you can either:
- leave a note inside the "add a note to your order" box at check out
- or email us asap - no later than 4 hours from purchase - with your greeting card message. Email me personally at email@example.com
